Shipping policy

At Frizty Retail, we strive to craft products that are both stylish and easy to use. We take great pride in our products and are confident that you will love them as well. We take care of all shipping for returns and exchanges, so you can try our products with ease and without any hassle.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. If the product is returned after seven (7) days or is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we will be unable to honor a refund. Our standard return period is seven (7) days and our decision on returns is final. No returns or claims will be accepted after this time.

Our minimum delivery days are 2 days and our maximum delivery days are 8 days, so you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 days. You will receive a confirmation once the product is received, and your exchange will be processed within the mentioned business days of receipt of the returned package.
